When you call our Business Office a Customer Service Representative will answer your questions or assist you with scheduling an appointment. They are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and two Saturdays each month from 8:30 am until noon. Our voice mail system is available after hours or if our lines are busy. Your call is important to us so if you have to leave a message, we will return it promptly.
Fees: We understand this can be a challenging time for you. Faced with a beloved pet that needs special attention, and visions of additional costs looming, we take great care to communicate openly and accurately about potential treatments and their associated costs. Because each patient seen here is unique, it can be misleading to give a detailed estimate before your pet is seen. Our Customer Service Representatives will quote you the cost of the Initial Exam/Consultation. Once our doctor has thoroughly examined your pet, reviewed his/her history, and consulted with you, we will provide a detailed estimate and go over all your treatment options. We are here to work with you, and your family veterinarian, to find solutions that best fit your pet and your situation. All fees are payable when services are rendered. Payments can be made by cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Also, ask us about Care Credit, an alternative payment plan that is fast becoming a popular option! If you have pet insurance, we can help you with the necessary paper work for your successful filing and reimbursement. We look forward to working with you and your pet!.
