Crystal Strahla, DVM

Dr. Crystal Strahla is a 2007 graduate of Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine. Her undergraduate studies involved majoring in biology with an emphasis on genetics and a minor in animal science.

She has been an employee at Circle City Veterinary Specialty and Emergency hospital as an emergency veterinarian since May 2007. Her interests are emergency and critical care, exotic animal medicine, emergency surgery and endocrinology.

She heads the feline blood donor program and also lectures for continuing education. She is a member of the Indiana Veterinary Medical Association, American Veterinary Medical Association, the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society, and the Delta Society.

She lives with her husband, Trevor, who is also a veterinarian in the small town of Coatesville. Together they have a golden retriever, 5 miniature schnauzers, 2 parrolets, 2 guinea pigs and 1 rabbit. On her free time, she enjoys the company of her friends and family along with her furry family, reading, crafting, and especially long relaxing vacations.
