Veterinary Surgery Welcome to our surgery department. We are excited to be able to offer this new specialty. Dr. Paula West, Diplomate ACVS, comes with an impressive resume and is sure be an asset to veterinarians and pet owners throughout Indiana. Dr. West will be doing all types of orthopedic surgeries, soft tissue and spinal surgeries, and is certified in VetStem (Stem cell therapy).
